The Creation Research Museum in Ontario had it's first open house and was well attended.
There were around 100 visitors coming through the doors to see evidence
for creation and catastrophism.

The big hit for the kids was the indoor fossil trip in which slabs of shale were split open to locate trilobites and other fossils. Many took advantage of the fossil clam draw by gathering answers from the displays to the questions on the fill in sheet. Thanks to Pastor Liew for drawing the winner Carol Brandon from Uxbridge Ontario. Congradulations.

Money was raised from the sale of rocks and fossils to purchase a gas powered rock saw. Now the best fossils on quarry digs do not have to be left behind because they could not be removed from the rock. Expect to see better display and sale specimens in the near future as the collecting season begins.   Thanks to all the volunteers to make this all possible and to Goodwood Baptist Church for providing the facilities. There has already been some interest in holding home schooling events here which will be developed in the near future. Keep praying for direction for this young museum.
